Our security posture is documented measure by measure on /security, and the DPA publishes our sub-processor list and security measures in full — it applies automatically to every customer and needs no separate signature, so there's nothing to request. Integration questions are usually quickest to answer from the documentation.

Do I need to talk to sales to start using LinkTrail?
No. The Free plan is self-serve — 5,000 monthly active users and 25,000 clicks a month — and you can create links as soon as you sign up. Contact us for a custom Scale plan, migration help, or security and compliance questions.
Can you help us migrate off Firebase Dynamic Links?
Yes. We help teams move existing links as part of onboarding, and the migration guide in the docs covers the parameter mapping and the SDK swap on each platform.
