Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes, free forever with no card required. The Free plan covers 5,000 monthly active users, 25,000 clicks a month, and 100 links, including Universal Links, App Links, QR codes, and campaign attribution. It's a working tier, not a time-limited trial.
How much does LinkTrail cost?
Free is $0. Starter is $19 a month for 25,000 monthly active users. Growth is $49 a month for 100,000 MAU and adds a custom domain, API access, and webhooks. Scale is a custom annual contract for 500,000+ MAU. Prices exclude VAT and applicable taxes.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?
We throttle or pause the affected features until your usage drops back under the limit or the next billing period starts. We do not charge overage fees, and we will never upgrade you to a higher tier without your express agreement. You'll be notified in the dashboard as you approach a limit.
What counts as a monthly active user?
A unique device that interacts with your links or opens your app through the SDK within a billing month. The same device returning later in the month counts once, not each time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, so cancel before the renewal date shown in your dashboard to avoid the next charge.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not currently for Starter or Growth — both are billed monthly in advance. Scale subscriptions are billed on the annual terms agreed in your order.
Is there a discount for startups or non-profits?
Nothing published as a standing programme. If you're an early-stage or non-profit team and the pricing is a genuine blocker, email us and we'll talk — the Free plan is deliberately generous enough that most small teams never need to.
